The Big Hurt is leaving...
Say it ain't so...say it ain't so. After just one season Frank Thomas is going to leave the A's. I can't believe it. I think when Thomas joined the ball club he really re-energized the A's. You could probably say the same thing about the A's re-energizing Thomas too. Thomas did win comeback player of the year. I'm really sad to see him go, but also thankful for the great season he gave us. Thanks Frank, we'll really miss you!
